Ashley Perich

Andrew Pierce, Ashley Hudson and the Hamburg congregation knew they could not go back. Ashley was only 17 and she had never been in a relationship with another man prior to that. They began the romance extremely slow. They fell in love with each other at first sight. Andrew prayed for Ashley on New Year's Eve right ahead of the beginning of the new year in 2016, that God would grant him one last blessing in the year. It was also hoped that Ashley would get married to him. Ashley wanted to have the wedding with a rustic, folk theme to represent her and Andrew. In order to create the perfect wedding, Andrew and Ashley chose to incorporate elements of everything they cherish. The wedding venue was the back 40 acres of the property Ashley grew up on. The trail that they took down to the field where the couple proposed in. Ashley has explored and played on all of it. Andrew, Ashley and their acquaintances had walked through the field several times before they started to get together. It was important to personalize the event since Andrew and Ashley did the majority of it themselves. Andrew Ashley's father and Andrew designed the ceremony arch as well as the seating arrangements, and Ashley was in charge of designing and painting. Ashley states that we could never have the amazing wedding that I imagined the wedding hadn't been for Anna's beautiful floral design. Truly stunning.
